Fixed Price Call Outs
The price we quote you includes all call outs & labour. Parts are quoted separately if required. With no hidden fees, you can have peace of mind knowing how much it will cost to repair your appliance.
Repair Warranty & Care Plans
All our repairs come with a 12-month warranty on all parts fitted. We also provide a monthly appliance care plan option to cover you for any future repairs or a replacement appliance.
New Appliances
If for any reason our engineers can’t repair your appliance due to parts being obsolete or it is beyond economical repair, we simply refund you minus a call out & diagnostics charge of £49 inc VAT. You also have the option to credit your refund against a new appliance from us, including installation and removal services.

My engineer’s name is Liam, a really lovely polite young man, I had the pleasure of a visit twice. He temporarily fixed my washing machine so that I was able to keep on top of a busy house hold and then came back with a new drum to permanently fix a week later . He left everything clean and tidy.
